Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@Hira Elle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned including opened skincare products, makeup, clearance items, and gift cards for hygiene and safety reasons.
